Important note: After your payment is received you will receive an activation code which will turn the software from the demo version to the full version. You will also receive instructions on where to download your full databases.

  1. How hard is this program to use? I'm not a rocket scientist.

    Answer: This program was designed for the new person in mind. Just fill in 3 easy forms, save your project and go to the submit screen to submit your website. Thats all there is to it.

  2. What kind of tech support do you provide? I'm tired of buying software and can't get any help.

    Answer: We believe great Tech support equals a happy satisified customer. We offer 4 types of tech support.
    A. Email support(under the support tab in the program)
    B. Instructions in the software(under the support tab in the program)
    C. If it is too complicated for all of the above, we will call you at our expense, or you can call us.

  3. How do I submit my website and avoid all the auto responder email.

    Answer: Get yourself a free email account, and use it as your email address in your submission. If you don't know where to get one, ask us and we will tell you.

  4. How many times can I use this software and does it expire?

    Answer: Registered users You can use this software an unlimited number of times. It does not expire. The database subcriptions are for 2 years and then you would have to renew your database subscription.

  5. How do I update my databases that the software uses to submit my site?

    Answer: You will have access to the database download area which is available 24 hours per day. You will be assigned a unique username and password to download your databases anytime you want. We will email you when database updates are available.

  6. Do updates to the program or the database updates cost me anything?

    Answer: All minor updates and bug fixes are FREE. Your software purchase includes 1 or 2 years of free database updates depending on the package you order.

  7. How often do you update the databases?

    Answer: The databases are updated two to three times a month

    Normally We update 10-15 times a year and we send you an email when an update is available. All updates will be posted on the tech support bulletin board in case you missed an update.

    This means we remove the dead and slow sites and add new ones.

  8. I submitted my site using the Cyberfetch Website submitter, but when I search for my site it doesn't show up. Why not?

    Answer: Some sites add your submission instantly, some take a few days, a few weeks and some even take a few months. It's up to the site owner whether they accept your website or not. We have no control what a site owner does on his website.

  9. What is the difference in the databases?

    Answer: In the USA database, you can submit to all site types. For example, all the classifieds, search engines etc. OR you can submit only to the classifieds, only the search engines etc., or individual sites of your choice.

    In the foreign databases. You can subit to all the countries in that dabase, or target a specific country or individual sites of your choice.

  10. How do I find my site that the software submitted me to?

    Answer: All the sites you submitted to are stored in the report section. Just export your report and you will be able to click on the homepages of the sites you submitted to.

  11. How often should I resubmit my site?

    Answer: We provide you at no charge a submission guideline which will tell you how often to submit. This guideline will help kepp you out of trouble from spamming.

    We have never had a complaint since we started.

  12. Can I put the software on more than one computer?

    Answer: No. Cyberfetch Website submitter is a SINGLE Station USER LICENSE program. This means you can install it on 1 computer. We offer major discounts for additional licenses.

  13. What are the pc requirements to run this program?

    Answer: Win XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
    mac with virtual windows(we offer no tech support for macs) only

  14. Antivirus software

    Issue: Antivirus software from vendors like Norton, Avast and Zone Alarm incorrectly identify our locking part of the program as malware. False reports from these vendors include "TrojWare.Win32.Trojan.Agent.Gen", "Suspicious", etc.

    Workaround: Antivirus software vendors and service providers are currently addressing this issue

    Meanwhile, go into your antivirus program and grant cyberfetch permission. That should solve it.
